Store Shepherd legal
Cookie Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on storeshepherd.com. The current public site is designed to operate without advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website may place on a device. Similar technologies can store or retrieve information for security, functionality, preferences or analytics.
2. What this site currently uses
Store Shepherd currently uses only technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver, secure and operate the website and its pilot request form. Our hosting and security infrastructure may process request identifiers or short-lived technical data to prevent abuse, balance traffic and maintain service availability.
We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioural tracking, marketing pixels or non-essential analytics cookies on the public website.
3. Pilot form
Submitting the pilot form sends the fields you enter directly to Store Shepherd for follow-up. The form does not require marketing cookies. Please see the Privacy Policy for how the submitted information is used and retained.
4. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect site security or form operation. Because the site does not currently set optional cookies, no non-essential consent toggle is displayed.
5. Future changes
If we introduce optional analytics or other non-essential technologies, we will update this policy and provide consent controls where required before using them. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
